About Us
Goodquality Home Health Services helps people with serious and persistent mental illness cope and manage their mental illness and develop the skills they need to live well in their communities. At Goodquality, we consider each person as a whole; developing care and resources which supports the mind and body. We provide room and boarding for adults with a serious mental illness with 24-hour onsite supervision that are flexible to meet individual needs. Eligible adults are those who qualify for CADI or waivered services, PI and Private Pay.
Programs & Services
Goodquality Home Health Service provides a full spectrum of daily services in our Assisted Living Facility that help everyone live a life full of dignity, purpose, and respect. Whether one of our residents requires Medication Monitoring or other services,we strive to provide many options so our community members feel well taken care of.
Medication Monitoring
With rising concerns over the misuse of medications, it’s now more than ever for families to be aware of how their family member are taking medications and whether or not those medications are being taken as intended. Our service will allow you to have peace of mind in ensuring that your family member is taking their necessary medication on time and in a healthy manner. Our medication monitoring process is comprehensive, detailed, and designed to ensure each client is receiving the medication necessary for their mental and physical wellbeing.
Nutritional and Dietary Meals
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. Goodquality Home Health Service provides the support that people with mental health needs and their families require, including Nutritional and Dietary meals. We have staff preparing nutritious and home cooked meals for every meal of the day that is suited to dietary needs.
24-Hour Customized Care
Goodquality Home Health specializes in providing 24-hour home care and meeting the specific health and personal needs of our clients. Our specially trained team of care professionals provide around-the-clock live-in home care assistance with anything from assistance with daily tasks to appointment set-up to support their health needs. A GQH Manager will meet with you and your loved one to tailor a care plan to meet your loved one’s specific personal and health-related needs.
Our 24-hour home care services support the many facets of everyday life:
Personal Care – Our team assists with all aspects of personal life such as bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting.
Emotional Care – Our compassionate approach aims for caregivers to build a special trust with clients through meaningful activities, mentally-stimulating conversation, and overall companionship.
Household Care – As everyday tasks become more difficult for your loved one, we can assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, and more.
Skilled Nursing Care – From medication assistance to reminders, our experienced RN keep all of our clients’ health needs as a top priority.
Housing: Room Opening
Services includes nursing, mental health and crisis support, housekeeping and meals.
We have an opening for a private 1 bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Living room, dining room and kitchen shared with other clients.
